RE: problem with cache size
You should try this :
- Control Panel - System - Advanced tab - Computer's performance - Advanced tab again - Virtual Memory Then, you click on 'Modify' and you should be able to allocate virtual memory space on hard drives. Notice that if you can, you should avoid System drive. An Overnight's Post can be trusted --- http://overnight.110mb.com

RE: problem with cache size

Thank you. My c: breathes a bit ! I read somewhere that i can set 1.5x the amount of RAM memory. I have 1 Go RAM so my cache file is 1.5 Go ! Can i set less than 1.5 Go ? |

RE: problem with cache size
You should consider Microsoft recommendations.
The paging file size should be 1.5 times the amount of physical memory. Otherwise, if you got enough physical memory (at least 2 Gb), you can try to disable physical cache usage.
